Established in 2012 and headquartered in Lubbock, Masked Rider Capital (MRC) is a private investment firm serving partners across West Texas and beyond. What began as an initial investment in a single commercial property has grown into a family office–style firm managing over 35 investments across private equity, specialty finance, and growth capital.

OUR PORTFOLIO
Oil and Gas
Masked Rider Energy, LLC (“MRE”), a portfolio company of Masked Rider Capital, seeks investment opportunities in the oil and gas sector. The largest operating company inside of MRE is headquartered in Midland, TX and focuses on the efficient and responsible operation of approximately 1,400 oil and gas wells and also holds an interest in approximately 2,000 wells operated by other parties.
Real Estate
Masked Rider Capital’s real estate portfolio spans single-family and multi-family housing, as well as industrial and commercial properties across Texas. Our investments focus on strategic opportunities and long-term value creation.
Quick Service Restaurant
Masked Rider Capital is proud of its success in the Quick Service Restaurant sector. The MRC team served as the initial managing partner and now a large minority equity holder of the third largest franchisee in one of the nation’s fast-growing drive-thru coffee concepts – 7Brew.
Other Specialty Finance & Flexible Capital
Beyond traditional investments, Masked Rider Capital provides specialty financing and flexible growth capital to small and mid-sized businesses. Our firm participates as a limited partner or direct lender across diverse industries, offering loans for equipment purchases, commercial real estate, and working capital.
