Oil and Gas
Masked Rider Energy, LLC (“MRE”), a portfolio company of Masked Rider Capital, seeks investment opportunities in the oil and gas sector. The largest operating company inside of MRE is headquartered in Midland, TX and focuses on the efficient and responsible operation of approximately 1,400 oil and gas wells and also holds an interest in approximately 2,000 wells operated by other parties.

Masked Rider Capital participates as a limited partner or a direct lender in a variety of different industries. We provide growth capital through financing for small to medium-sized businesses, loans for equipment purchases or commercial real estate leverage, and other creative solutions for smaller business owners. Our ability to move quickly is an advantage to business owners looking for specialty financing.

Masked Rider Energy, LLC (“MRE”) is a portfolio company of MRC. MRE seeks investment opportunities in the oil and gas sector. MRE expanded its portfolio with the acquisition of Southwest Royalties, Inc., a privately owned company in Midland, TX that operates approximately 1,500 wells and has interests in approximately 2,000 additional wells across the U.S. MRE is driven by the lucrative opportunities in the energy sector and by the honor and privilege of contributing to an industry dedicated to providing safe, affordable, and reliable energy domestically and internationally.
